Anna Woodhoo

Anna is an Associate in the Family team at Thomson Snell & Passmore.

Anna is an experienced family solicitor and helps clients deal with a full range of family matters including relationship planning (cohabitation and nuptial agreements) and relationship breakdown (divorce/dissolution and financial arrangements.) Anna also advises on all aspects of private children law, to include arrangements for children and relocation.

A member of Resolution, Anna encourages a non-confrontational approach to the resolution of disputes and is known for her constructive and client-focussed approach. Anna will seek to resolve matters without need for court proceedings where this is possible, but she is equally experienced in dealing with proceedings in the family court where this is necessary or in a client’s interests.

Anna is known by her clients for her clear and pragmatic advice, her personable manner and for her commitment to finding solutions and cost-effective outcomes which prioritise the needs of her clients and their children. Anna understands that her clients are often dealing with stressful and difficult situations, and aims to tailor her advice and the processes to achieve the best possible outcome for each individual.
