Charlotte has worked in the development sector for many years specialising in residential development dealing with site acquisitions/assembly, overages, options, development and promotion agreements.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Charlotte worked in London advising a variety of developers from large house builders to independent businesses.

Charlotte prides herself as working as part of a team with her clients always giving straight forward advice.

Education

Charlotte studied Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies at Portsmouth University before taking the Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law in Bloomsbury. Charlotte went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor in 2008. She joined the firm as a partner in 2022.
