Claire Busuttil

Claire has extensive experience in advising on Court of Protection applications including Deputyship, Statutory Wills and lifetime gifting applications for individuals who do not have the capacity to manage their own financial and property affairs and make independent decisions. She has significant personal experience of acting as a professional Deputy for a large number of clients.

She also has specific expertise in supporting clients following medical negligence and personal injury settlements.

Claire takes a multidisciplinary approach, often engaging other professionals in the social work and healthcare sectors to enhance her clients’ lives and provide the highest level of service in a cost effective way.
