Profile

The work Elizabeth is involved with in the Commercial Property Department has a primary focus with secured lending which includes working for clients who are applying for development finance, buy-to-let and investment loans. The main clients she assists on transactions for are Aldermore Bank Plc and Shawbrook Bank Limited. She also assists with consents to leases and deeds of easements together with facility discharges for these clients and also Close Brothers Limited and Keystone Property Finance Limited.

Alongside secured lending Elizabeth is also able to assist on new landlord and tenant lettings together with licences and renewal of leases. She has assisted with new lettings for COOK together with a well-known online grocery delivery chain enhancing their roots in England.

Before becoming a trainee paralegal Elizabeth worked within the Commercial Property Department as a Legal Secretary for 6 years working with the Head of Department. As a secretary she undertook a diploma course in land law and conveyancing with the ILSPA.
