Elizabeth works primarily with secured lending which includes working for clients who are applying for development finance, buy-to-let and investment loans. The main clients she assist on transactions for are Aldermore Bank Plc and Shawbrook Bank Limited. She also assists with consents to leases and deeds of easements together with facility discharges for these clients and also Close Brothers Limited and Keystone Property Finance Limited.
Elizabeth has worked at Thomson Snell & Passmore for 7 years. Before becoming a Trainee Paralegal she worked within the Real Estate Department as a Legal Secretary working with the Head of Department. As a secretary, Elizabeth undertook a diploma course in land law and conveyancing with the ILSPA.
