Flora Midgley

Flora is an Associate who trained at Thomson Snell & Passmore and qualified in September 2015. She then worked in London and specialised in child brain injury claims for three and a half years. During that time she worked for young clients who had been injured at birth, or during other medical procedures/road traffic accidents.

Flora managed a diverse caseload from March 2019 to February 2021 covering a full range of medical issues including spinal injury, surgical, orthopaedic, psychiatric and delay in diagnosis of cancer. She re-joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in March 2021. Flora is passionate about achieving the best results for her clients, in terms of securing compensation and helping them to access rehabilitation to improve their quality of life.

Flora has Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and volunteers for Crisis at Christmas.

Education

Flora completed an English Literature degree at Durham University and completed the GDL and LPC at the College of Law.
