Freya Vale

Freya is a Commercial Lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial Team who specialises in all types of contracts and corporate M&A support.

Freya graduated with a law degree from the University of Reading in 2016. She then completed her Legal Practice Course with the University of Law in 2017 and also completed a masters in law, achieving a distinction. Freya joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in March 2022 and is now a qualified Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team.

Before joining the firm, Freya spent several years gaining valuable experience working as an in-house paralegal for a number of leading companies in their field.

Outside of work, Freya is passionate about volunteering with charities and has spent time working in underprivileged villages in places such as Ukraine and Zambia.
