- Failure to diagnose an ectopic pregnancy
- A never event involving a retained swab following an episiotomy
- Delay in diagnosis of a post-operative infection
- Negligent surgery resulting in an intra-operative fracture
- Negligent root canal treatment
- Delay in treating Dupuytren’s contracture
- Failure to treat pressure damage.

Imogen is a member of the Kent Junior Lawyers Division and APIL.
Education
Imogen read law at the University of Southampton where she obtained an honours degree and went onto complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London Bloomsbury. She joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a trainee in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor into the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team in September 2020.
