Jennifer works closely with the Heads of Department to shape and deliver the firm’s human resources strategy and operations. Jennifer is experienced in all areas of HR. She specialises in legal recruitment, talent management and development, and providing practical advice and support on a wide range of complex employment and people matters. Jennifer has worked in the legal sector for over a decade and helps ensure the firm’s people strategy aligns with its strategic ambitions.

Jennifer is an accredited Mental Health First Aider and a Dementia Friend.
