Joseph Davidson

Joseph is an Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate department. He has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, all aspects of landlord and tenant work, real estate finance and development.

His particular focus is now in residential and commercial development and, based in the development team, is able to tie together past experience to provide an all-round service for his clients.

Prior to starting at Thomson Snell & Passmore, Joseph qualified at a leading Legal 500 firm in Kent gaining experience in their busy Real Estate department.

Joseph undertook a degree in LLB Law at a Nottingham Trent University. He then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School (Holborn) where he received a distinction.
