Juanita is a Senior Associate specialising in clinical negligence.

Juanita has specialised in clinical negligence law for some 20 years, helping patients and families in pursuing a wide range of medical negligence claims.

She is a highly capable lawyer, with a track record of maximising compensation for clients.   Juanita has experience of taking 3 cases to trial.  She takes pride in providing her clients with an excellent standard of service.

Juanita is a member of AvMA’s Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel, the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and is accredited as a Senior Litigator by APIL.

Education

Juanita has an International Relations degree from Aberystwyth University. She completed the Common Professional Examination at the University of South Wales and the Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Guildford.

Juanita qualified as a Solicitor in 2000.
