Kamal Aggarwal

Kamal joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1997. He has served two six year terms on the firm’s management board and in 2005 opened and has since been the head of our Thames Gateway Office.

Kamal handles complex high value commercial disputes including national and cross border contract disputes, shareholder disputes, gaming and international debt recovery. His approach to dispute resolution is to be direct, focus on the commercial issues and seek to achieve a timely, cost effective and commercial solution.

Kamal is highly regarded and renowned for his reputation as a commercial litigator and is consistently ranked as a leader in his field. He continues to receive high praise from clients for his commitment and the work he has undertaken for them.
