Kim is an experienced residential property partner in the Residential Property & Conveyancing team at Thomson Snell & Passmore. She has more than 18 years’ experience advising on all aspects of residential property transactions.

Kim deals with a wide range of non-contentious residential property work. She appreciates that each client has their own set of requirements and will try to understand those and take a common sense approach to providing solutions. As an experienced property lawyer, Kim seeks to cultivate a close working relationship with her clients, so that she can ensure that she has a clear understanding of their objectives and to ensure that she helps them to achieve these in the most efficient way.

Education

Kim gained a Law Degree LLB (Hons.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1987 and her Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Chancery Lane.
