Matthew Grogan

Matthew is an experienced real estate partner and is head of the real estate finance team at Thomson Snell & Passmore. He has over 15 years’ experience advising on all aspects of real estate finance.

Matthew acts for a number of key lending clients across an array of complex real estate finance transactions whether this be for a large development project or the funding of a mixed use portfolio scheme.

Matthew believes that the key to real estate finance is the relationship with the client and the ability to understand their business requirements. His approach is to apply commercial and practical solutions to the key issues and risks of a transaction whilst not affecting the security position of the client.
