Nitzan is a corporate tax consultant. He has been a solicitor since the year 2000 and has worked in the city and other major firms as a corporate tax lawyer.
Nitzan regularly lectures for MBL to lawyers, other professionals and business owners and directors on various tax matters including share schemes. He has written a book titled ‘A Practical Guide to Employee Share Schemes’.
