Professional Support Lawyer, Real Estate

Rebecca Nash

Rebecca is a qualified real estate lawyer. She trained and worked at Cripps as a property litigator for over 12 years. Following this she became a senior lecturer at BPP Law School before moving to the University of Hertfordshire to lead their professional property team.

Rebecca joined Thomson Snell and Passmore in 2023 to work alongside Helen Williams as a Professional Support Lawyer. Rebecca utilises her wealth of property law experience combined with her training expertise to ensure that Thomson Snell and Passmore (and our clients) stay ahead of the curve. A key part of her role is also to optimise our outstanding real estate team’s performance and efficiency through knowledge development and management.

Achievements & other appointments

Rebecca is a member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers (APSL) which is a forum for professional support lawyers to discuss current issues affecting real estate to ensure a cohesive approach.

Rebecca is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

 

Education

Rebecca read law at the University of Manchester (LLB Honours – 2:1) and went on to complete her Legal Practice Certificate at the University of Law in London where she obtained a distinction. Rebecca trained with Cripps qualifying in 2008. Rebecca also has a Masters level qualification (distinction) in learning and teaching.
