Sebastian is an experienced commercial partner in the Corporate & Commercial team at Thomson Snell & Passmore, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses across a wide range of industries. With a strong focus on commercial law, contract negotiation, and corporate governance, he takes great pride in successfully guiding clients through complex legal matters and helping them achieve their business objectives.

Sebastian likes to work collaboratively with clients ensuring that the work gets completed in a timely and efficient manner, delivering innovative solutions and strategic advice to clients.

Sebastian firmly believes in establishing strong and long-lasting relationships with his clients built on trust, open communication, and personalised attention. By thoroughly understanding his clients’ unique businesses, goals and challenges, he is able to provide tailored legal solutions that directly address their needs. He also understands the pressures of running a business and achieving targets, having established a medical clinic in Knightsbridge.

Before joining Thomson Snell & Passmore, Sebastian spent over ten years in house at Barclays Capital, four years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and three years at Linklaters LLP.

  • Banking and finance (loan agreements, financing transactions, structured products and agency lending).


Sebastian went to the University of Wales where he studied LLB Law and French. Sebastian then undertook a Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law where he trained as a Barrister in 2004. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
