Sehrish joined the firm in November 2023 as Legal Executive/Lawyer in our Court of Protection team, having spent over three years at a national firm where she has undertaken the same type of work since February 2020. Sehrish used to work for the Office of the Public Guardian where she used to manage professional Deputies. Sehrish has over five years of Court of Protection experience.
Sehrish has significant experience in dealing with clients that are deemed to lack capacity to manage their own property and affairs including as a result of a personal injury or clinical negligence, those that suffer from mental health issues who often have fluctuating capacity, and the more vulnerable and elderly clients that might have learning difficulties or who have been diagnosed with Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease and consequently need a deputy to act on their behalf in their best interests.
