Simon is a full member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Education
Simon read History at De Montfort University where he obtained an honours degree and completed his post graduate studies including the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford.
Simon trained at a regional firm in East Sussex and qualified as a solicitor in 1998. Simon joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2018 and became the head of the Wills, Estate and Tax Planning team in 2022.
