Sonia Bowen

Sonia’s experience in Court of Protection matters spans over 10 years and counting. Sonia has considerable experience of managing complex deputyships and personal injury trusts for both adults and children. Many of the clients that Sonia assists have suffered brain injuries to varying degrees. She has a vast amount of valuable experience in dealing with catastrophically brain damaged clients through to those that might need a lighter touch for support.

Many of Sonia’s clients have sustained serious brain injuries as a result of catastrophic accidents, medical negligence or birth trauma. They will have received substantial damages awards which will need careful management to enable the client to receive a lifetime of care. Sonia works alongside other professionals who may also be supporting the same client on other aspects of their injury.

Sonia graduated with a Law degree from the University of Westminster in 2000 and obtained her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2010.
