Acquisition of FoxWood Maclean

Thomson Snell & Passmore recently acted for Alexandre Boyes, the Tunbridge Wells based agents, in relation to their acquisition of the sales and lettings business of FoxWood Maclean’s Edenbridge branch.

FoxWood Maclean was originally established in 1877 making it the oldest firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors covering Edenbridge and the surrounding areas.

Alexandre Boyes provides sales, letting and property management services and as a result of this acquisition will now manage over 2,500 properties.
