Assisting a client with a demerger by way of a share capital reduction

The Corporate team at Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP is delighted to say that it has recently assisted Nafgold Properties Limited with a demerger by way of a share capital reduction. The family-owned property company held a portfolio comprising of five properties with a combined value of over £3m.

The demerger was led by Nick Gabay, Partner in Corporate & Commercial, and assisted by Joseph Hartland, Solicitor in the Corporate team and Caroline Cohen, Associate in the Commercial Property team.
