Brakes (a Sysco company)

The portfolio asset management team acts for The Brakes Group, which was acquired by US food distributor Sysco in 2016. Brakes, a Sysco company, distributes and supplies food, drink and other products mainly to the catering industry in the UK and Europe.

We advise on all aspects of their UK property portfolio from the grant of new high value strategic leases across their warehouse, cold storage and office portfolios; re-gears through to property disputes, dilapidation issues and high value and complex acquisitions and disposals. The team works closely with the client, helping to deliver the business strategy and support and advise on the portfolios. TS&P have supported and advised Brakes for over 25 years on a number of high value, complex and strategic property transactions. TS&P also act for subsidiaries Fresh Direct; M&J Seafood; and Freshfayre on all aspects of their property portfolios.
