COOK shops are located across England, Scotland and Wales and they also supply a range of independent retailers as well as operating a thriving home delivery business; a growing online business and a number concessions and franchises.

The portfolio asset management team advise the client on all aspects of its growing shop portfolio working closely with the property dispute resolution team and the client’s property, retail and development management team.

The team are able to respond to all the business needs required by COOK including complicated franchisee buybacks and advice on terms and conditions. Our team has advised the client on strategic lease acquisitions to assist in further developing the brand and have worked with the client on its expansion plans in relation to its new production kitchen in Sittingbourne alongside our construction team who acted on construction matters, as the company and brand continue to go from strength to strength.
