We provide independent legal advice to Lloyds Bank plc (acting for the Bank only) on proposed loans on deals located within South London, Kent & East Sussex to new and existing SME customers.  Loans are in connection with residential or mixed-use development or investment sites.

These matters are important to both the Bank, seeking to loan responsibly, and to the SMEs, whose business endeavours form the backbone of the UK economy but are ever-thirsty for funding, and to the UK economy, whose performance is dependent on such SMEs obtaining such funding to enable business endeavours.
