We recently advised our client, a Kent and Sussex based garden centre and horticulture production business, on its transfer into a new holding company.

The team worked closely with the client’s accountants as the transaction involved significant tax advice and structuring work to avoid tax charges on the transfer.

The matter also involved a significant property sale and planning matter for new housing.
