Acting for a member of our Food & Drink club following the expiry of their current lease

We recently acted for a member of our Food And Drink Club and their new lease of premises in Tonbridge. Our client is a local stalwart of the Tonbridge High Street and is well known by the food and drink community. Our client supplies many of the restaurants and cafes in the local area and is known for his good quality produce and client service.

We acted in respect of a new lease of a premises in Tonbridge following the expiry of their current lease. Our client was not well versed in the process and we helped them to understand the process and complete on the new unit working with them to ensure they completed and were able to continue operating.
