Oliver Butler

Oliver joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in February 2015 and over time has developed the firm’s F&B, retail and leisure sector as well as the general commercial property offering. Oliver is a general real estate lawyer, with a particular focus on Landlord and Tenant work and portfolio management work. Oliver works with both local and national brands around the country with a loyal following who enjoy his approach and communication skills.

Outside of work Oliver is a keen sportsman and can be generally found close to, or on a sporting venue. Oliver also enjoys socialising with family and friends, cooking and fundraising for charity.
