HR Club – Employment documentation and how we can help take away the stress of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)

We are delighted to invite you to our next virtual HR Club of 2024, on Wednesday 15 May.

Firstly, and following feedback from attendees, we will consider employment documentation. Specifically, the terms that must be included in an employment contract and the requirements for making amendments. We will then discuss the areas of the contract of employment that can be overlooked by employers when drafting contracts such as lack of detail, particularly with bonus schemes and what happens for joiners and leavers. We will also consider employee handbooks, benefits of having a handbook, the risks of not having one and how to tailor these to your business. Finally, we consider provisions to protect the employer’s confidential information and to protect the business from competition by an ex-employee.

For our second topic we will explain how we can help take away the stress of dealing with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). By minimising manual efforts and reducing the need for extensive redaction, our solution offers significant time and costs savings for you and your organisation.
