Our apprenticeship schemes are designed to combine practical training in a job with an element of study. Available across both our legal and business services areas, they provide the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff and to be involved in a broad variety of work, whilst gaining job-specific skills. With at least 20% of their time being spent in off the job training, the scheme enables an apprentice to get valuable hands-on experience whilst continuing to study, which helps them progress in their working life.
