Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore announces 11 promotions from across its core practice areas. These include a new Equity Partner, five Senior Associates, one Legal Executive Senior Associate, three Associates and a Senior HR Advisor.
James Cahan has been appointed as an Equity Partner. His expert knowledge and vast experience will further enhance the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury (CNPI) leadership team. James is highly regarded in the industry and has been admitted to the prestigious AvMA Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel. James joined the firm’s training contract programme in 2006, becoming Partner in 2017.
The other promotions come from across the firm’s private client, commercial and business services departments and demonstrate Thomson Snell & Passmore’s ongoing commitment to developing and recognising internal talent, as it continues with organic growth plans and looks to a future beyond the coronavirus pandemic.
Joanna Pratt, Senior Partner at Thomson Snell & Passmore comments: “I offer my warmest congratulations on these promotions, which are testament to the resilience and hard work demonstrated by all involved. As a firm, we have always been dedicated to nurturing talent, and this is reflected in the fact that many of those being promoted – including James to Equity Partner – trained with the firm.
