Thomson Snell & Passmore acts for Flint Hire & Supply

Thomson Snell & Passmore was pleased to have acted for Flint Hire and Supply Limited (Flints) in connection with its re-location to new premises at Newtons Court on the Crossways Business Park, Dartford.

Flints, the UK’s leading provider of theatrical and art department goods, committed to a 15-year lease of a 15,044 sq ft light industrial unit at a rent of £214,377 per annum.

Thomson Snell & Passmore has acted for Flints in connection with real estate matters since 2007, and completed this deal on 7 November 2023, within 6 weeks of formal instruction, to enable Flints to achieve its tight deadlines for fitting-out and then moving in for the start of 2024.

The deal was reported in the ‘Industrial’ section of ‘The Market: Deals’ section of the Estates Gazette 16 December 2023 edition.
