Amy Wilford

Amy is a Senior Associate in the Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team. She joined the team in 2016 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Amy helps private clients with all aspects of this area of work and mainly represents executors, trustees and beneficiaries as well as those excluded from wills.

Amy always aims to minimise the financial and emotional cost at what is often a very difficult time for clients and focus on finding the best outcome for the individuals involved. She always encourages alternative Dispute Resolution and tries to resolve issues in a constructive way, without having to involve the civil courts, wherever possible.

Education

Amy graduated from the University of Leeds where she obtained a 2:1 in English Language and Linguistics. She received the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, with distinction. Amy was admitted as a solicitor in 2014.
