Charity Bank Limited provides specialist ethical funding to the charity & not-for-profit sector. Thomson Snell & Passmore were appointed to their panel in March 2017 and have since provided advice on property finance, charity & not-for-profit matters, with financial values of up to £5m.

One recent transaction worth £2.25m involved ensuring that the bank had security for the development and acquisition of a community asset property by an environmental charity. The project would be funded by the creation of residential units on-site in order to finance the development of the community space.
