Advising on property trust dispute

Our client recognised that his family member was entitled to a share in the property, but there was a dispute as to the extent of the share and the family member issued court proceedings against our client.

Mark Steggles and James Parratt advised the client in connection with the proceedings, and achieved a settlement at a Settlement Hearing chaired by a Circuit Judge which took place remotely following the third Pre-Trial Review.
