Buying a second property and transferring to a buy-to-let mortgage

We were instructed by a client to act on a purchase being funded by a re-mortgage of an existing property at very short notice. The chain was complete as a previous buyer had fallen through so our client was under immense pressure to act quickly – whilst also 8 months pregnant.

Our residential conveyancing team transferred the existing property to a buy-to-let mortgage and facilitated both transactions in a short space of time without any unnecessary pressure on our client.  Exchange and completion took place within the timescales needed.  Mother and her new born son moved into their new house close to relatives with much delight.
