Buying a second property and transferring to a buy-to-let mortgage

We were instructed by a client to act on a purchase being funded by a re-mortgage of an existing property at very short notice. The chain was complete as a previous buyer had fallen through so our client was under immense pressure to act quickly – whilst also 8 months pregnant.
