This was the purchase of a newly built property in Broadstairs as part of a Part Exchange transaction with the Developer.
The main issues were that the drainage from the property was privately owned and the covenants burdening the land were fairly restrictive.
The property also included a private access road used by three other properties and the client needed advice on their obligations to maintain and contribute to the maintenance of the access road.
