Following our client’s decision to purchase the property, our client subsequently discovered that there was a new potential development in the neighbourhood. Our clients were reluctant to proceed with the purchase of the property due to their concerns about the possible development.

Our clients then decided to revisit the first property and consider whether they wished to purchase it, despite the building works. After some negotiation, our clients decided to proceed with the purchase of the property however at a reduced price. It was also agreed that the purchase would go ahead on the basis that the transaction would be concluded within 2 weeks.
