Rights of common

We are advising a developer in connection with an application to the Planning Inspectorate to relax rights of common over a significant piece of development land that our client is buying.

The matter is at an early stage but is likely to result in a formal hearing before the Planning Inspectorate and the outcome will impact on the viability of the development project.
