Sale and purchase of multimillion pound properties and assistance with high value property portfolio

We were instructed to act on the sale and purchase of two multimillion pound properties. Following our success in the sale and the purchase we were instructed to assist with our client’s property portfolio.

Our client’s sale involved a multimillion pound property which was understood at the time to be the largest single residential deal within Tunbridge Wells.

Following our success in the sale, we were instructed to assist with their purchase of another high value property. The purchase was concluded smoothly.

Alongside our instruction in our clients’ sale and purchase, we have been instructed via their SPVs on the acquisition and subsequent refinancing of a high value property portfolio and the acquisition and refinancing of over ten investment properties with a combined asset value running into the millions.

We provided relevant and timely advice and the client was grateful for our comprehensive understanding of their matter and for identifying their priorities at the outset.
