Nurture Landscapes makes 24th and 25th acquisitions

Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised long-term client Nurture Landscapes on its two most recent acquisitions of Stockport-based Claphams Landscape Services and Rockside Estates in Bristol.

These mark the 24th and 25th acquisitions for the fast growing, award-winning horticulture, landscape and grounds maintenance company. A funding package for the deals was provided by HSBC UK.

The Corporate and Commercial department, led the project team at Thomson Snell & Passmore and was assisted by Joseph Hartland, solicitor and Charlie Wood, trainee solicitor.
