Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised long-term client Nurture Landscapes on its two most recent acquisitions of Stockport-based Claphams Landscape Services and Rockside Estates in Bristol.

These mark the 24th and 25th acquisitions for the fast growing, award-winning horticulture, landscape and grounds maintenance company. A funding package for the deals was provided by HSBC UK.
