Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has re-launched its employment fixed fee annual telephone and email advice service. Covering everything from routine phone queries to redundancy advice, the upgraded offering has been designed to work as an integral part of a business’s people management function.
There are now three packages organisations can choose from – silver, gold or platinum, depending on their individual needs. All packages include routine employment law and HR advice as well as the provision of template letters and emails.
The gold package also includes elements such as drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, for example to do with a disciplinary hearing, while platinum incorporates advising on restructuring and redundancy processes as well as settlement agreement negotiation.
Advice for all the packages will be delivered by Thomson Snell & Passmore’s team of expert employment lawyers.

The new packages build on Thomson Snell & Passmore’s existing employment law advice service, which has been well received by clients.
