A warm welcome to Dominic Williams who has started as a Trainee with Thomson Snell & Passmore this September in his first (and best) seat, Employment Law. Dominic recently completed his Legal Practice Course and will be working closely with the employment department.
Q: What was your first job?
A: Cow milker
Q: What was your worst experience as a pupil?
A: As a nine-year-old, on a school-trip to the Cairngorms, I spent most of it in Inverness hospital with gastroenteritis. I did see a golden eagle though, so it was worth it.
Q: What's your favourite film?
A: Last of the Mohicans.
Q: What was the first record you ever bought?
A: Oasis - (What's the Story?) Morning Glory? (on cassette).
Q: What's your favourite children's book?
A: Going Solo, Roald Dahl or Krindlekrax, Philip Ridley.
Q: Who do you most admire and why?
A: My other half of course, for putting up with me for so long, although my mother has an especially good claim in that regard.
Q: Tell us two truths and one lie
A: The bombay duck is a kind of fish.
